Based on the forecast we choose the spot with the best conditions — usually Rincón de la Victoria — and take the gear, the certified instructor and insurance there. The best time to learn surf in Málaga is from October to April, when Atlantic swell arrives cleaner and the beaches are less crowded. In summer we also run lessons, especially for kids and families, with smaller waves and paddle sessions as an alternative.

Surf waves in Málaga
Surf in Málaga depends on swell, not wind. Rincón de la Victoria is our main spot for its soft waves and sandy bottom. When conditions change, we know other areas along the coast to adapt the lesson to your level and the day's waves.
How you progress with us
Our method starts on the sand: stance, paddling and take-off. Then we move to the water to catch whitewater waves, keep balance and steer the board. When you are ready, we advance to green waves and reading the ocean yourself.
