Booking terms

Scope

These terms apply to booking lessons and activities with Isobaras Watersports Málaga, whether via WhatsApp, the website or any other official club channel.

Booking and timing

When you book you confirm the sport, date, agreed duration and number of people. The booking is subject to instructor and equipment availability and safe weather conditions.

If you arrive late, the lesson runs until the end time agreed in the booking. The reserved hours are charged even if you started late on your side.

Weather conditions

Watersports depend on wind, sea state and daily safety. If weather makes the activity impossible with our usual safety standards, the lesson is not charged or the amount paid is refunded, as appropriate.

The exact meeting point and any beach change due to the forecast are confirmed on the morning of the lesson, as explained on the booking page.

Equipment and liability

Isobaras provides the necessary equipment in good working order. You must follow your certified instructor's directions at all times.

Damage to equipment caused by recklessness, misuse or failure to follow the instructor's directions is charged to the student or the person making the booking.

Groups

The person booking accepts these terms on behalf of everyone included in the reservation (adults and minors under their responsibility).
