Torremolinos is the surf option west of Málaga. The northern stretch of its coastline, towards Los Álamos, picks up westerly swell over a sandy bottom with a wide shoreline, which is why it is one of the beaches with the liveliest surf scene on the western Costa del Sol. We teach when conditions line up: small, clean waves, perfect for learning without scares.
The sea is in charge here: there are not waves every day, and we tell you that clearly. When you book, we follow the forecast with you on WhatsApp and suggest the best day of the week. If the sea goes flat, we switch to paddleboarding or move the lesson to another spot on the coast at no cost.

Surf waves in Torremolinos
Torremolinos waves are windswell: they appear when the westerly blows hard across the bay. They are beach-break waves over sand, usually small and manageable, ideal for beginners and first green waves. On bigger days we pick the area with the cleanest shape.
