A typical group session
Joint briefing
All together on land: gear, safety and first exercises. The instructor presents the spot and rules.
In the water by turns
The instructor accompanies each student and gives individual corrections within the group.
Close and next step
We finish together. The instructor gives feedback to each person and recommends the next step based on the level reached.
