Rincón de la Victoria is our home base and where we run most beginner windsurf lessons all year round. It is a long sandy beach with plenty of room to set up the gear on land and practise sail handling before stepping into the water. The easterly wind blows steadily off the east coast of Málaga, giving predictable and safe teaching conditions.
A typical lesson here always starts on dry sand: we control the sail and mast, learn to read the wind and then move to the water with a stable board and smaller sail. As it is our base, we have gear ready and plenty of scheduling flexibility; and if you come as a family, we can combine windsurf with paddle or surf the same day.
